Bidify (bidify.lol) is operated by Berk Belcioğlu. By adding a listing, placing a bid, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms.

The service

Bidify is a bidding leaderboard for the Shopify ecosystem: apps, agencies, freelancers, stores, themes, tools, and partners compete for rank by bidding. There are no accounts: anyone can add a listing or place a bid directly. Rank is simply whoever has paid the highest current bid in a category; it can change at any time when someone else outbids you.

Payments

Payments are processed by iyzico. Bidify never sees or stores your card details. The amount you bid is the amount you pay at checkout.

All bids and payments are final. Bidify does not offer refunds, including if a listing is later outbid, edited, or removed for breaking the Rules.

Your listing

Whoever submits a listing is responsible for its content and for having the right to use the name, logo, and links they submit. Listings may link to third-party websites Bidify doesn't control or vouch for.

What can be listed, and how listings are moderated, is covered separately in Rules. Bidify can suspend or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without a refund.

No warranty

Bidify is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of listing content, uninterrupted availability, or any particular outcome from bidding. To the extent permitted by law, Bidify isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Independence

Bidify is an independent third-party directory and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Shopify.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continuing to use Bidify after a change means you accept the new version. These terms don't name a specific governing jurisdiction. If a disagreement comes up, reach out first and we'll try to sort it out directly.
