Bidify isn't an open advertising marketplace: what can be listed, and where, is restricted by design and enforced afterward.

Categories are fixed

Categories are curated by Bidify, not created by whoever's bidding. You pick from an existing category (Apps, Agencies, Freelancers, Stores, Themes, Tools, or Partners); nobody can add a new one or list something outside them. A listing only becomes visible once its first bid is paid, so there's no free-form open posting.

Not allowed, in any category

• Illegal products, services, or activity
• Adult, explicit, or sexually oriented content
• Scams, fraud, or deliberately deceptive claims
• Content that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights
• Anything unrelated to a legitimate business, product, or service
• Fraudulent or disputed payments used to place or inflate a bid

Moderation

Bidify can suspend or permanently remove any listing at any time, for any reason, independent of its payment or bid status. Moderation isn't limited to a pre-publication review step, and removal is at Bidify's sole discretion. Removing a listing for breaking these rules doesn't entitle its owner to a refund; see Terms.
